Manders Terrace, Ranelgh

Complete refurbishment of a protected structure at Mander’s Terrace Ranelagh. Works included:

• Stripping roof rafters and re-roofing

• Complete internal strip including all existing plaster

• New electrical and mechanical installations

• Insulation and damp-proofing to basement

• Re-plastering in lime and Remmers

• Demolition of existing extension

• Making large opes in existing rear wall of house

• New extension with flat roof and 4.5 x 1.0 rooflight

• Extending M&E services.
