Trinity street

No 9 Trinity Street is a 4 storey Victorian brick building in Dublin city centre which was in poor condition.
We are currently repainting the façade, replacing and repairing the decorative Roman Cement Frieze, rebuilding and recladding the parapets, replacing reglazing and repairing the sash windows, re-roofing and rebuilding the chimneys. Internally we are refurbishing and upgrading fire separation.
